What to Expect After Placing Your Order

Thank you for your order! Here is everything you need to know to ensure a smooth delivery:

1. Important Delivery Information

  • Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) only. We do not accept online payments, credit cards, or bank transfers.

  • Inspection Policy: You may open and inspect the items before paying in the courier’s presence.

  • Delivery Areas & Estimated Time:

    • Riyadh: Same-day delivery (As fast as food delivery / under 8 hours if ordered early).

    • Dammam & Madinah: Fast delivery (Typically within 1–2 days).

2. Delivery Process

  1. Before dispatch, our courier will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your delivery address and availability.

  2. You must reply to the courier’s confirmation message for the delivery process to continue. If you do not reply, we will be unable to process your shipment.

  3. Once you confirm, the courier will arrange the delivery immediately.

3. Important Notes for a Smooth Experience

  • Be Responsive: Please reply to the WhatsApp message as soon as possible to avoid delivery delays.

  • Prepare Exact Cash: Please have the exact amount in cash ready when the courier arrives.

  • Inspection Allowed: Feel free to open and inspect the package in front of the courier before handing over the cash.

  • Be Available: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package.
